Brahmaputra Community Radio Station was established in 2015 with a mission to reach the unreached. Situated along the Brahmaputra in the Dibrugarh, Assam – the station aims at providing a voice to the voiceless. The station focuses on key themes like women and child health, disaster management, environment, governance, and folk culture etc. In this audio, Brahmaputra Community Radio Station shares its experience of programming during the pandemic and the challenges faced by the station and its crew members while producing and airing programmes in the lockdown period.
