Radio Madhuban is India’s first value-based Community Radio Station run by the Brahma Kumaris, an 81-year old organisation operational in Abu Road, Rajasthan, India, since 2011. Considering the importance of this year’s World Radio Day theme ‘Radio and Diversity’, Radio Madhuban shares their experience of participating in the Radio Festival organised by SMART in Delhi. Radio Madhuban also produced specific programmes on the idea of digital literacy to sensitise and explain to people about the concept and its efficacies in current times. In the second part of the audio, the Radio Madhuban team talks about their intensive programming including awareness posters, jingles, plays, and interviews focused on the Coronavirus (Covid-19) to educate people about the pandemic. This audio is compiled by Radio Madhuban.
