The Chair Prof. Vinod Pavarala participated in a two-day International Seminar on ‘Changing face of Indian Media: What needs to be done?’ organized by the Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), at Hyderabad on March 21 and 22, 2012. He made a presentation on the community radio movement in India and highlighted some of the imminent challenges facing the sector.
